There are  2 steps in the submission of imaging studies. 

1. Send Your Images to Our Server
Once you have an account setup, we will provide you directions on how to setup your machine to send DICOMs to us. You must have images in DICOM format to access our server (there is the possibility to convert jpegs and a few other formats into a DICOM wrapper as well).  We do not need your DICOM i.p. address to receive images so your computer remains secure and other parties cannot access your images. We will provide details of our server address and assist in configuring your computer to send images on activation of your user profile.

Ordering an interpretation simply involves sending the images to us. Once our server has received the study (this may take several minutes depending on various factors), the study will be routed to your account and ready for updating. 

2. Update the Study Details
Once your order is generated, you need to log into the system to enter additional information. Once logged in, you will also have access to all cases and reports for the clinic to which you are assigned (please note that, since we migrated to a new system on June 2, 2021 that you will only have access to studies sent on or after that date).
